A Scattered-Disk Centaur. Comes in closer than Neptune, but has an extremely high eccentricity, bringing it out 1570 AU, over twice as far as Sedna's. Only about 50 miles across and found only because it is near its closest point. Essentially a comet that never gets close enough to the sun to develop a tail. Possibly originated from the inner oort cloud or the kuiper belt.
